As of June 30th, 8.5 months of inventory remained on the Dane County single family home market. This number is based on the number of active listings and the sales volume from the preceding 12 months. Note the months of inventory for Dane County condos is more than double the amount for Dane County homes (see our Condo Market Update for more details). This is one of the reasons we track the Dane County home and condo markets separately.
